Privacy Policy
This policy explains how Funding Readiness handles the information you provide.
What we collect
Your account identity from Supabase Auth, the questionnaire answers and financial or operating inputs you provide, one optional uploaded pitch deck or business plan, and the assessment artifacts generated from them.
Uploaded documents
Upload is optional. A single file of up to 20 MB in PDF, PPTX, PPT, DOCX, or DOC format may be attached to an assessment. Files are stored in a private storage bucket with owner-scoped paths. No public file URL is ever created. Embedded macros, scripts, and objects are never executed.
AI processing
Document understanding, current public research, supported judgement, and report narrative are produced by an AI provider called only from server-side functions. Provider credentials are never exposed to your browser. A temporary provider copy of an uploaded file is removed when the provider workflow permits.
Research sources
Market, competition, regulation, and capital research uses current public sources. The report shows the publisher, title, publication date, access date, and a clickable link so you can verify each source yourself.
Private access only
Every document, draft, answer, metric, research item, and report is private to its owner and enforced by row level security. Reports require login. There are no public report links, no sharing, no PDF, no export, and no download.
Deletion and retention
You may delete an unfinished draft or a completed assessment at any time. Deletion removes the uploaded file, answers, metrics, research, report, and processing artifacts. Only the minimal permanent usage record required to enforce the lifetime assessment limit is retained. Deleting a completed assessment does not restore quota. Account deletion is not part of this release.
We send account emails such as verification and password reset, and one transactional email when a report is ready. Report-ready email does not include confidential report detail by default.
