What this service is
Funding Readiness provides an evidence-first, indicative assessment of whether a business appears ready for external capital, which capital type may fit today, and what evidence or milestones are missing. It assesses the business, not the design or polish of a pitch deck.
What this service is not
The assessment is not investment advice, financial advice, legal advice, a formal valuation, a due diligence opinion, a funding probability, an offer, a commitment, or a guarantee that capital can be raised. No investor introductions or matching are provided.
AI disclaimer
The assessment is generated with AI assistance from the information you provide and from current public research. AI systems can be incomplete or incorrect. You must review every finding independently and take your own decisions. You must accept this disclaimer again immediately before submitting an assessment.
Your responsibility for accuracy
The assessment depends on the accuracy and completeness of the information you submit. Missing or unknown information reduces confidence and may constrain the score. The system never invents revenue, customers, users, growth, retention, funding, contracts, credentials, or other material facts.
Assessment limits and immutability
Each account may complete three assessments in total. Only a successfully generated report consumes one. Once submitted, answers, metric inputs, document selection, and disclaimer acceptance are locked, and the completed report is immutable. Corrections require a new assessment while quota remains.
Access and deletion
Reports are private to your account, require login, and cannot be shared, exported, or downloaded. You may delete a draft or a completed assessment. Deleting a completed assessment does not restore quota.
Funding range statements
Any supported funding range is a broad, rounded, indicative judgement based on current evidence. It is not a valuation, an offer, a commitment, a probability, or a promise, and it cannot increase a score or bypass a failed evidence gate.
